Considering transferring here

More context. I'm currently a student at PSU and I'm from NJ. I'm switching my intended major to Public Relations from Computer Engineering because I felt lost. Also I'm at a branch campus that is super far from home and it would be nice to be closer to home. I have no choice because I'd have to transfer to main because PR is only offered there. So why not save money when I transfer? Any advice? I'm close to the Newark campus but would prefer to go to NB
