Google Play is blocked in China. How does one purchase the Android version?

I bought the Steam copy of the game, and was very excited by the cross platform nature of it. Unfortunately, I'm unable to buy the Android copy because Google Play (along with all of Google's services) is blocked in China.

Is there another route I can go by, to purchase the game for Android? I am extremely excited by the prospect of cross platform play, as I often need to be out and about for work.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
