[20F] have an incapability to 'get over' things. Just broken up with, and I'm totally cyber stalking my ex. Help please

I've had this problem in the past, where if a relationship goes awry I will become a completely different person. If I know the relationship (friendly or romantic) is failing, I'll become beside myself, and lock myself away.

Then the stalking begins. When it's understood to me that this person no longer wants contact with me; this happens when I first push them away, and when I want them back and they reject, I become inconsolable and almost crazy. I'll text them non stop, trying to get an answer even though I know they want nothing to do with me.

Several times a day I will check the person's social media accounts; facebook, twitter, instagram, snap chat... anything to see what they're doing. Why aren't I involved? Why did I do this again?

Recently my on again off again boyfriend of 2 years made it clear that all I was was an extended booty call, and told me to pretty much fuck off.

I'm heartbroken, lost, confused. In the heat of the moment I send a chain of messages "apologizing" and asking for closure to no avail. In the end, just embarrassing myself.

Now I can't stop myself from checking his facebook, twitter and instagram. I don't know why I do it, but I need to know what he's doing.

There's NO bad intent when I do this, simply just to see what I'm missing. But this happens with exes, and with friends that pushed me away too. I become jealous and upset that I was rejected.

Does anybody else feel the same way, or do the same thing? Does anyone have any advice?? I drive myself crazy in the memories of what was and how I'm missing out on them :(((
