MR34 vs MR42

Meraki: Is the MR42 the same density as the MR34 or the MR32? I realize MR42 is the new Wave 2 product, but my concern is: I'm budgeting for this summer and planning MR34 in every classroom. But now the MR42 just came out and it is $170 less on a NJPA purchasing contract than the MR34. Should the MR42 perform as good or better than the MR34? Is there a MR44 coming out soon?
