Where are the dyes in collection?

So I know how to buy gear and make it account wide for my characters, I currently have Darth malgus and Darth Malak helm unlocked along with zoist sabers with my prized white crystal, I just dumped a few mil on a black and black dye but I can't find where it is to make it account wide? Am I just missing it or is that not even an option? Google has other ppl asking this question with no responses
