[TOMT][song]Really obscure late 60s/early 70s sloppy and heavy acid rock/psych with the lyrics "you left me in a bloody mess", man and woman singing.

I actually asked the person whose radio show it was, and even they weren't sure, they didn't write down the track names that night, and it was pulled from some weird rare vinyl. I heard it on WWUH, West Hartford, CT, this show/DJ: http://mobi.teltan.org/site/1239703935/1203462527.asp

We can rule out obvious bands like the 13th Floor Elevators, Captain Beefheart, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Pink Floyd. It was definitely not on any of the numerous Nuggets compilations, so I'm looking for someone with a pretty deep knowledge of obscure late 60s early 70s groups to help me out here.

I still have the e-mail: Sunday 3/16/2008 at somewhere between 10 and 11 pm I caught the last half of this insane rambling noisy heavy psych-tale of a dead girlfriend, or a dead/dying couple being left on the side of the road perhaps after hitchhiking. I only caught part of the song and it was a good 10-15 minutes long.

Some snippets of lyrics that I remember: A girl and a guy singing over and over again "what is happening to me" A girl singing "you left me in a bloody mess"

The DJ thought it might be Autosalvage, but I listened to the entire album and while similar sounding in terms of sloppy, raucous psych in places, it was not them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uzMSX7FCTTo

It is definitely not Roger Waters' Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking. I am all too familiar with that.
