US -> CPH for a month - couple of questions, re. mobile plan and budgeting.

Hey all,

I'm going to be in CPH for about 5 weeks this summer--July, with a couple of days each into the preceding and following month. Will be crashing at a friend's place for the duration. Might duck out to see other friends if they're in the region for a weekend, but that's currently indeterminate.

1. Any suggestions for a phone plan for ~40 days? My domestic plan charges through the nose for a mediocre international plan. I was eyeing Lebara, but people seem to be less than pleased with their transparency re. pricing, surcharges, etc. If I remember right, Lycamobile and Lebara were the names that kept coming up. Wish I could just nab something from Telia, but oh well.

2. I was talking to some friends of mine, and they kept complaining about how expensive it was to be there--current bar/dining expenses for me are maybe USD 200 (DKK 1.400)/week (over and above normal food, transport, etc.) but my friends and I tend to stay out for a while. Is that about what a loud night costs in CPH?

If I have saved ~USD 7,700 (DKK 51.000ish), how might I expect that to last for the time? I can't imagine I'd manage to blow through it all, but I'd rather aim high than low.
