Blue-White Flyers Deck Help

I got some recommendations for a Azorius Flyers deck. He gave me a selection of cards, and this is what I chose from them:

1x Azorius Charm $0.50

4x Judge's Familiar $2.16**

1x Divination Have it!

4x Mulldrifter $1.80**

4x Valorous Stance $4.96**

2x Clash of Wills $0.80

4x Ojutai's Command $7.92**

4x Warden of Evos Isle $0.76

4x Seraph of Dawn $0.64

4x Stratus Dancer $4.52

4x High Sentinels of Arashin $1.16

Total of Azorius Blackmail: $25.22

This was made in mind of a budget, so any other budget builds for this would be very much appreciated. Constructive criticism please! Last time I posted a deck list, they threw nothing but hate. Also, I used this instead of, that one website, and I prefer this. Deal with it!^sorry...

Edit: This is a modified list:
