Mooch, a question about charge cycles.

These rechargeable batteries we use for vaping come with an estimated number of charge cycles (300-400). What constitutes a charge cycle? If I use a freshly charged battery for about 20 hits (i.e. 4.2V down to 4.0V) and put them on the charger, does that count as a charge cycle?
