No mobile data after 6.0 update FIX (Sprint)

tl;dr - Update profile. Sorry if this is a known/obvious troubleshooting step, I'm a newb and had never heard of it, hopefully it helps one or two of you.

Updated to MM last weekend and had zero mobile data immediately following, wifi and everything else worked fine. Neither resetting network settings nor factory reboot solved the issue. Stumbled across the solution today though and thought I would share for anyone else having the same problem.

Load up the SprintZone app. From the main screen, swipe right to access Device Diagnostics. Click on Network (on mine, it labeled Network as having passed the diagnostic test despite having zero data connectivity), and select Update Profile. My LTE popped on right afterwards.
