Is Tinder down or did she block/unmatch me?

Hi everyone, I matched with this girl earlier today and we've been messaging each other since then. I just tried to send a message about an hour ago and then it tells me "Message not delivered", so I delete it and re-typed the message, press send, and all i see instead of "Sent" is a loading circle spinning right underneath the message. I can still access our chat and her profile, and I can still see new matches but my message isn't sending I only see the spinning circle below it. I've tried restarting the App and restarting my phone. Did she block or unmatch me? Or just buggy?

Side note: If it's a technical issue and not her unmatching me.. I have a question as to if I should keep conversing with her on Tinder or try to ask for her number? We've been hitting it off and it seems like she's interested using a smiley face and answering really quick, at one point I even asked if I'm distracting her (She was doing homework) she said no and kept the conversation going. I feel like I'm slowly running out of content but should I keep talking on Tinder cause asking for number the same day is too quick? Or should I do it, but then how would I ask for it without being too blunt?
