USAA Rewards Amex vs Citi Double Cash vs Chase Freedom

I'm looking to consolidate a few card balances on one new card with a 0% APR balance transfer and pay them all off.

I typically put all my daily purchases on my card, don't travel much either, and I'm not currently in the military. Does any one have advice or opinions about these three cards against each other?
