Has anyone dealt with the National Safety Council and the RMV?

I took an 8 hour driver re-training program with the National Safety Council to avoid having my license suspended about a year ago. I just recently found out that they never notified the RMV, and that my license has been suspended ever since.

Needless to say, I'm pretty miffed. I contacted the instructor from the class, and she said that she mailed in the confirmation and that I'd have to call the NSC.

I'm betting that when I call them, they will try to pass the buck and say they never received the confirmation. I paid a tidy sum for that damn course, on top of sitting there for 8 hours re-learning common sense driver training. I'd rather gouge my eyes out than do it again.

If anyone has advice or experience with NSC/RMV issues, I'd appreciate it.
