Pc or ps4? What do we know about pc version?

I'm still not sure which version I should pre-order. I prefer souls games on the big screen and love the ps4 controller but I just read that ps4 version will be 30fps vs the pc version at 60fps.

I honestly never had a problem with 30 FPS games but what would be the difference in a souls game? I know that for a long time (still?) pc ds2 had weapons degrade twice as fast because of the double FPS.
