I was just promoted to Front End Supervisor, what should I expect.

I've only been working at HD for 7 months, But I do have years of managing experience. Currently been working in d25 (Hardware) and i love it. But a position opened up as a DH and I applied, I didn't find out until later that it was for FES. I would rather stay in a merchandising department but this seems like a great way to get my foot in the door and learn more.
