Exploring Seattle for the weekend, any suggestions?

I'm from Portland, planning to visit Seattle Fri/Sat/Sun. I'm new to touring and I have no idea what's worth seeing while in Seattle, hopefully you guys can help me out.

Im traveling with a girl I've been courting and I'd like to have a memorable and romantic experience to look back on. Could you suggest any places to see and visit like:

•landmarks •beautiful views •urban/city sights •nightlife/clubs/bars •parks for picnics •best restaurants (small scale and fancy/romantic) •local cafes •shopping malls •arcades etc.
