Drying & Detailing my car

I drive a black 2008 Volvo S40, which I bought used in August. Since then, I have had a lot of trouble finding towels that will take all the water off of my car while drying, which is a problem because living in Florida, the water isn't ideal and leaves a lot of noticeable water spots. I've heard about the Rag Company, but haven't tried any of their stuff. For drying my car, what towel would you recommend, and do you think one will be enough to do the entire car, or should I invest in multiple?

The next part of my question may seem dumb, but I'm not the biggest car guy in the world. I like my car to look brand spanking new, so I'll have to detail it. But should I use separate towels for drying and detailing? If so, would you please point me in the direction of where to start looking, and what to look out for in these towels?

And on my last point, although this isn't nearly as important, I have a few car magnets on my car- one on the back, and one on my gas door. When I peel them off I get a foggy, waterlike look on the car that doesn't go away naturally. Any tips on how to get rid of them? If pictures are needed I can get those in the morning. Thanks guys, means a lot.
