Prepping for Warlock. Messed up my Destro. Need to get it right this time.

So I'm a pretty weak destro and have 0 clue what should I prioritize in terms of gear. I've avoided Mushin's tower because it's a massive time sink due to the fact that my stats are bad and it takes effort to constantly grind it. I just stick to dungeons and efleet. So due to the fact that I'm too lazy to get all the info about proper gear and how to get it for my destro, I'll probably do the same mistakes for my warlock as well.

Can anyone summarize what's the best end-game gear for open world pvp and pve based on current knowledge for the expected Warlock? Any tips for destro would be appreciated as well. I'll get the info on various skill based builds for pve/pvp later, for now I only need info on equipment.

EDIT: Just considered saving the "brilliant hexigonal peridot", but as soon as I crafted it, I realized it was untradable. Was sure that the only way it would become untradable would be equipping it. If I collect all the valentines quest items for another transmutation, will my warlock be able to craft it in time?
