[Request] Logo for use in after school program

We are trying an activity we are calling "Shoutout Saturday," where students share shoutouts to people who have helped them & how so. We would like a colorful logo we could print off & put at the top of a corkboard that will display all of the shoutouts. Hope the design brief explains the vibe we are going for. I really like the Yo! MTV Raps example with an eccentric background & copy over the top of it.

We will all be very grateful for anyone willing to take a stab at it. Thanks All! Any questions feel free to hit me up.
