Spawn times.

I believe there should be a reformat to spawn times for sure. I was going to spawn in about 7 seconds, all our team was dead except one person. We both had one piece of life left on the guardian, our teammate was holding them off and died right when I was about to come back in, BAM mine bumps to 24 second respawn...

They should have at least let me spawn in and try to defend but yeh T_T

Any other suggestions welcome, I'd love to hear them.
