[WtA] What Are The Uktena's Secrets?

The sourcebooks make many references to Uktena knowledge of occult secrets, their practice of consorting with Wyrm creatures and other dark entities, and many innuendoes about their hidden involvement with malevolent forces that ought to be left alone. However, to my knowledge, none of the sourcebooks ever really spells out what the Uktena are up to, or why they don't let any other tribes attend their moots.

I was expecting to learn some cool secrets from the Uktena tribebooks, but for the most part those books just focused on the practice of Bane binding, which is super cool from a narrative perspective, but is also generally well-known to anyone who reads the core rulebook and sourcebooks. It doesn't really count as a "dark secret". I kind of thought the Time of Judgment: Apocalypse sourcebook was going to have some shocking revelations about them, but instead it has the Uktena playing a relatively supporting role, and only really mentions Bane Binding as their principal plot involvement.

I have some Uktena players whom I want to give an exciting, scary ride into their tribe's beliefs and dark doings. I'm perfectly happy to just make it up, but I was curious if anyone has any information about what, if any, other dark, arcane deeds the Uktena are up to.
