Poharan or Old Man Cho

I'm trying to decide between these two servers to make my alt on. I've heard these have decent/high population (Poharan being #2 in population), so I want to see how it is leveling up a character in one of these. I need a bit of feedback though.

I have heard that Poharan world PVP is one sided but I'm curious as to how Old Man Cho is doing in that.

How is the ping on both servers? I once read that all NA servers are in Dallas TX and if this is true then it's no problem for me (I live near there)

Finally are either of these servers unofficial RP ones? (Don't care for that) Any other bits of info are welcomed.
