Anyone else with a anti-addictive personality?
Hi Ladies! I need some support/advice.
I'm always seeing posts and hearing people talk about how they are so excited they beat their record or are happy they reached their weight goal or are taking a nap in their runner's high!
Over the years I have trained for races, done free weights, completed obstacle courses, and all kinds of other workout types but I've never experienced that moment. I don't feel any need to beat my own personal records or better myself. I see results in my body comp but I don't feel any sort of motivation from that. I'm not at all competitive. I guess I would say I have an anti-addictive personality. I don't feel really attached to anything, no matter how long I do it for.
Does anyone else here feel this way? Do you have any tips on how to keep hitting the gym?
