[Measurement Check] Currently wearing a 38B

Hi! Hope this is done correctly!

Snug: 36.5 in

Tight: 33.5 in

Standing: 42 in

Leaning: 44 in

Laying: 42 in

Looking at the diagrams, I have projected breasts with I think medium roots. My boobs have different fullness, since once is bigger than the other, for the small boob it's a 2/4 and the bigger boob it's a 2 4-5. I currently wear a 38B and the biggest problem I have is spillage with my boobs near the armpit area, no matter what I do it seems like the cup doesn't fill but I have tissue hanging out near my armpits.
