[PSA] Fixing Waypoints on Steam Controller (xpost to SteamController)

It seems the reason that waypoints do not work for the Steam Controller is that it does not support Ctrl+Click at all. I read a post about not being able to Ctrl+click not working for browsing and figured I'd try it. For me, I mapped waypoints to ";", and bound the right grip to ; via legacy keys and it works fine now. I don't recall seeing a fix earlier, so I thought I'd point it out.
