Bauer School of Business?

I applied to Uni of H in October/November 2015 and I was an auto-admit. They still haven't gotten back to me about if I've been accepted into the major of my choice (international business) but I was wondering if I had a good chance?

GPA: 4.8525 (weighted)

Class Rank 104 out of 564

Highest SAT: 1870 (640 reading // 570 math // 660 writing)

Also should I call them and ask about the status of me being accepted or not into the Bauer? Or should I wait to hear back from them? I'm a little bit worried because I've been offered Blinn/CAP from A&M/UT (respectively) and I honestly don't want to go down those routes if possible so really hoping to make it into Bauer.

Also I have some more questions related to Bauer - is it easy to get jobs outside of texas? I'm really looking to branch out of TX and possibly even out of the USA and I feel like Bauer can help me with that but again, not sure.

And if anyone is in the program, tell me what it's like? My friend said a lot of U of H kids go to Rice Uni's job fairs to get better jobs but I feel like it's a different story if you're a Bauer graduate and you've worked your ass off while in college.
