Suggestions for a good retail work shoe.
I am a manager for a large niche retail chain, and spend a good amount of time on my feet. For the 6 months I have been there (and for a few months at my previous job) I have been wearing the Payless Safe-T-Step shoes. They are a nonslip shoe made for working on your feet. While they are comfortable, they don't seem to last long. I am on my 3rd pair in about 10 months. Now I am looking for something that is durable, yet comfortable. I need something that will be able to hold up to all of the walking, moving and crawling that I have to do. As far as dress goes, I can wear jeans and a store shirt. I don't need anything dressy. Keep in mind that I am a bigger guy with flat size 14 feet. I really don't want to spend over $100. Does anyone have any suggestions?
