how to sell off my current business?

I've been looking into selling my restaurant on the east coast since there hasnt been much profit ever since I took it over from the previous owners(I bought a lemon so to say and I want out).

What would be the best way to sell off this business itself with no Real estate property to it. Its a 2 man partnership with me taking up 2/3 shares. Should I just suck it up for a bit more like the past 2-3 years or just take a 40-50% loss of my initial investment. Given I paid 160k and I sell for 80-100k sometime soon and make back about 50k after all the fees. If I were to sell how would I list it up? Ive been passively doing newspaper ads but havent gotten much response. I tried looking into agents but so far I havent found any good ones.
