[Inner cut] Do I need to seek help ?

Ok so long story short I'm male I put somthing in me I shouldn't have (yes I know just buy one so it's safe) anyway it has a slightly sharp edge and when I got it out it had a very small amount of blood on it (about the same amount you would get from a paper cut). There is no pain and I don't feel bad at all... On further inspection I don't think there is more. Sold I seek medical help or stop worrying ?
