Need some help with a peripheral issue.

So I built my computer knowing next to nothing about 3.5 years ago. I've since upgraded everything other than my motherboard and processor.

Around the time I upgraded to w10 I started losing signal from my peripherals. Yesterday I was in a game of dota and it kept kicking me out and said GPU crashed then 2 seconds later it recovered it. Now when I boot up I'm getting no signals from my mouse keyboard or monitor. It keeps flipping back and forth from analog and hdmi. I kinda cheaped a bit on my motherboard so that may be the issue but ya. No clue what's going on :(
