Two groups of white walkers theory (spoilers main)

MAIN

Some of the actions of the Others just haven't added up. When the Others learn about the crows occupying the fist of the first men, they send the wights in force and nearly wipe out all mormont's men. However, they never do attack mance rayders army. Toregg giantsbane also tells Jon Snow that they were never far behind, taking his outriders and stragglers but never attacking the group. When attack the crows but not the wildlings? But they do attack the wildlings in force as well. Jon Snow receives a Raven reporting from hard home of the devastation the crows find there and the "dead things in the woods and in the water". So we have inconsistencies in the behavior of the Others in regards of attacking the living. Then there is Coldhands who is obviously working with Bloodraven and the COTF to see Bran safely through the haunted forest to Bloodravens cave. Now I don't know about everyone else and maybe someone knows better than me but reanimating the dead seems to be solely an ability of the Others. Even if there is a red priest lurking around north of the wall, ( or was because Coldhands is supposedly very old, plus he can't pass the ward that protects the black gate or the ward that protects Bloodravens cave) Coldhands almost definitely seems to be a wight which means he is being controlled by one of the Others. That being said, there were other wights waiting to ambush Bran outside the cave. Let me break that down, there are Others using wights to try and kill Bran and there are also Others using a wight (Coldhands) to protect Bran. Seems like a conflict of interest to me. Now as far as attacking in force like I mentioned earlier. I believe the good group of Others that are controlling Coldhands are also herding the wildlings south to safety the way dogs nip and chase at a flock of sheep to herd them in the direction they want them to go. Because when I read Toryggs account of how the Others followed them to Jon Snow it sounded exactly the same as the technique dogs use to herd large amounts of sheep in a certain direction. So the evil Others hit the crows on the fist of the first men and then go gods know where, the good Others herd the wildlings south and send Coldhands to find Sam with the help of Bloodraven so Sam could retrieve Bran and tell him how to get through the Wall and then protect Bran and see him to Bloodraven which is anticipated by the evil Others who place wights outside the cave to intercept and kill Bran. Obviously I can't explain everything but then again we know little about the Others and their intentions, however, if their are two different groups of Others, I'm almost certain that the good group that controls Coldhands is much smaller and could possibly be a lone white walker working against the rest of them. Or I could be totally wrong and the Others are trying to get humans out of the north so they herd the wildlings south, kill the crows for coming North, and eventually attack the wildlings at hard home for not going south while they were still being given the chance to do so but that still wouldn't explain Coldhands... Damn I can't wait for the winds of winter... Anyway tell me what you think and thanks for reading.
