Speculation of the events that happened so far.

So after chapter 65 got released, many of us speculated there is something wrong with Arima's right eye like blindness, tunnel vision, etc. However I do believe his right eye is blind and Eto, possibly Kuzen knew of this too because they tried to struck Arima on the right before. But this could mean that the theory of Arima being the OEK is highly possible because according to Eto's 10th work, "He who lacks one eye" is the One-Eyed King and this is based of the Norse God Odin, who lacks a right eye. So what could happen in the future is that he would visit Eto in Cochlea and Eto would give her Kakuhou to him(like what she did with Kanae) to turn him into a ghoul or if he is already a ghoul it would power him up(assuming they met before in the past NOT WHEN FIGHTING) or some other possible event.

This is all base on speculation and I could be very wrong.
