The XCR debate.

To keep a long story short I am the newest partner at my store compared to everyone else (months vs years). When it comes to printing stickers it was always my understanding that Extra Caramel (or mocha) Drizzle meant you only put it on top other wise you have to press extra caramel sauce for it to go around the cup.

Well today I got yelled at by my partner on DTR because he put extra mocha drizzle on the label and I only put it on top (the customer sent it back and complained). Another long time barista took his side and the worst part was my manager was on the floor and didn't say a thing. So I basically felt really dumb, but my explanation made so much sense to me. I usually memorize what preferences baristas have when they are printing stickers, but being told I was flat out wrong has bothered me all day and now I'm second guessing myself.
