Some Questions About Splatfest

First, congratulations to the blue team! You destroyed us, haha.

Second, a quick shout-out to a few fellow red players: yobrauny, Evan, and Humberto - thanks for making my first Splatfest a blast! It was really difficult to find a solid team on the red side that weren't newbs and that synced with my style so well. We seriously won almost every match, until the dreaded disconnect, of course. Hope to see you around!

As I mentioned above, this was my very first Splatfest. Prior to this, I had no idea what Splatfest even was! Because of this, I've had some questions that have been floating about my head.

• Which Splatfest was this? As in, how many were there prior to this one? And is there a way that I can find out what they all were? (I'm really curious!)

• How frequently do Splatfests occur, roughly?

• Is the final popularity vote based off of the percent of squids who chose that team?

• What do the winners receive?

• Even though my team lost, I still reached the max level (in this case, Pokemon Red King). I received 18 super sea snails. What can I do with these snails?

• If I reach the max level in a Splatfest, and continue to play, do my wins continue to count towards my team? I wasn't sure if the winning team was chosen based off of which team had the greater number of higher ranked squids, or by which team won the most games (plus the popularity ranking and all).

• This one's not actually Splatfest related, but how can I go about adding people as friends? I'm lonely, boo. ;(
