Verizon Data comes and goes

So, Verizon put in a new antenna (band 4 10x10) at my parents house. It works great most of the time, but it'll randomly cut out multiple times and we have to cycle our devices for them to work again (airplane mode). I've tried called VZW, tweeting and what not. It's not a signal issue, as I have the same signal (-85to-95) inside and out.

Anyone have a person I can contact about this issue to actually get it handled? Any help is very appreciated.
