Help Fix Controller Ports

I bought a broken console lot off eBay (1 Sega Saturn and 3 Dreamcasts). Cost was about $100 Canadian (including shipping and taxes). I've had pretty good luck so far. I got 2 of the Dreamcasts working, so I basically made my money back. Still waiting on video cables to test the Saturn, but all good signs so far (powers on and disc spins).

For the other Dreamcast, someone must've pulled out the controller when the power was one, since my controllers didn't work. I've heard of the infamous F1 fuse popping issue. So, I opened the Dreamcast. Clearly, the last owner was aware of that issue, since the F1 fuse was removed, along with the R1 resistor(?).

I've heard multiple things online about repairing this issue. What are the parts I need to replace F1 and R1?
