Anyone remember Uptime?

I was looking through old fanfiction recommendation posts, and came across references to what sounds like a fascinating WIP called Uptime. Unfortunately, all the links are to some dropbox document that no longer exists.

Does anyone happen to have a copy, or know where an updated and possibly renamed version can be found?

I wouldn't say no to other recs either, if anything new is worth reading...
