How do I open Brawlbox?

Disclaimer: I'm probably just stupid and missing something.

I've been using Brawlbox v.66b for the past few days. Today I read that there is a newer version, v.76, which I downloaded from the link provided on this page. v.66b was really easy to open, with there just being an application and lib to worry about. This new version has folders full of files and none of them seem to be an actual application. Am I dumb, or did I just get a bad download?
