Got a refund from OnePlus 2?

I bought a OnePlus 2 literally the same day it went down in price (but they hadn't announced it yet so it was like full price for me). I know they issued refunds for people who bought it before the price went down from a post onto their website but that was like a day or two after the price actually went down. I paid $550 CAD w/ taxes however I just got a $30 partial refund from OnePlus bringing the price down to $520 for my OP2.

Was it a mistake? or was it intentional
