How should I proceed when things seem to be going well but they suddenly stop responding?

I know it can be rather yucky to do the whole "Plz respond?" Type of thing.

I'm just wondering if it's genuinely worth sending her another message to just see what's going on.

We'd been sending back and forth messages for 3 days quite regularly and then suddenly nothing. Does etiquette suggest that I just move on?
