I've seen the series about 3 times through now, but I've still got one question

When Fry delivers the pizza in 1999, which is referenced tons of times in the show, does the note say I SEE weiner or ICEY weiner? I know it's worded as I.C but, since it's a cryogenic lab it might be Icey...but the obvious joke is I see...this has confused me for at least a year and a half
