1st time on this site and have questions

Hi I just came across this site and just wondering what you guys do when you get lonely and bored? What works for you? Whenever I get bored or lonely I go on porn websites and masturbate to videos. Is there another way around this.=? I am a 26 years old Male and I have been addicted to porn ever since I was 17 years old. I exercise 3 or 4 times a week but some days because of school I don't go because we have alot of reading. And the fucking reading gives me alot of stress so that makes me want to fap again and I am very lonely and have no friends... I know these are excuses and I should change my situation but its really hard when your whole fucking family fights with you over little fucking stuff everyday and blames you for all their problem... Again that makes me want to go to porn websites and masturbate. I also want to say I live with my family and am a university student. But sometimes shit gets deep and I go to the place of no return. If you all know what I mean...
