Shrooms kill my insides

Every time I eat them, about 25 minutes after I feel the first effects, I puke. Then I puke. Then I call deep within my soul and beg for it to release the demons from within, by expelling the most painful vomit ever. Then I'm fine and enjoy my trip (although exhausted from the puke sesh). I just have 2 questions

1. Is there anyway to eat shrooms and have them rest easy?
2. I ordered some lsd and should I expect to get sick at the start of the trip as well?
