Overkill AMD build (FX-9590)

Working on putting together a new AMD build and want to know what I need to do to get the most out of my 9590 what I have for part as of now are:

• FX-9590

• ASrock extreme 9

• 16 gb G-skill Sniper 1866

• 2 r9 290s

• and my case is a phanteks primo se

so my plan is to have a 480 monsta rad with 2 MCP655-B pumps to cool my CPU and GPU I think that should be sufficient to keep that beast of a CPU cool. does anyone have any experience overclocking this CPU that can give any advise such as would I benefit from chip set coolers or is there anything else I can do to maximize my performance.
