What to believe anymore?

I hope this post doesn't break the rules of the sub, but I was wondering what do you guys do to check if the source of info is reliable? I feel like nothing is believable anymore and everything is somehow linked to the government or people of power in order to manipulate my way of thinking and beliefs. Any help appreciated
