Physical flirting but no kiss

Met this girl on tinder. Got her number. She lives 15 min from me. Shes very slow to respond to text but somehow i've managed to meet her out 3 times. First at a bar for a drink, second went to the arcade and third went to a movie. I paid each time, she hasnt offered much. Each time, she is very physically hands on and flirty. Tonight we saw Witch, the horror movie, and she was holding my arm for much of it. Put her head in my chest at one point when she was scared and put her face really close to mine. We held hands a few times in a teasing sexual way. When she would poke at my chest i'd pinch her back on the legs or tickle her neck all in a fun light hearted way. Then on the way back to my car she is leaning on me the whole way like a puppy dog. Was slapping my butt in a teasing way a few times. I drive her to her place and on the way she starts talking about how she has to get up early for work and lets out a yawn.

When we get to her building I put the car in park and she throws out her cheek almost immediately as if to say, here you can kiss my cheek, thats it and starts to say well have a good night etc... Like I really don't have time to build up to a kiss. Shes done this all 3 times i've dropped her back at her place. On all 3 different dates same thing. The way I see it in the moment is .. well either i grab and turn her face back straight so I can attempt a kiss .. or just deal with it and hope for the best the next time. I get nervous and end up just kissing her cheek in order to not make things awkward.

Idk what her deal is. This one has me thrown for a loop. We definitely have chemistry and we're both 30 yrs old, not like we're inexperienced kids. Maybe i'm just being too shy and need to ask her for a kiss or idk what.. i just get this feeling like shes got a wall up to prevent things from going further. is she playing games or what.. any advice?
