Item Idea: fault line

Item Name: Fault Line

Item description: Quake tears

Appearance: Isaac's eyes are replaced by rocks (the rocks look a bit like small rock but are brown)

Effect: Every once in a while, isaac shoots out a rock instead of a tear. The rock has very low shot speed, and when it hits the ground/wall/an enemy, creates a shockwave that does 2x tear damage to every enemy in the room.
