Separation

So my brother moved across the country from Texas to Maryland about a month and a half ago and I'm not coping with it too well. I've been getting out of the house and doing things more than I have in a very long time but I still feel amazingly distressed. Just wondering if anyone has some tips for handling not being near your twin if they exist.
