I went to drivers ed and I am supposed to drive for 50 hours and come back to take a test but my parent's won't let me drive.

My parents won't listen to me because they believe I would crash the car and they are forcing me to take a test when I haven't practiced for months. I know how driving works and everything but, I am scared. What can I do to make sure I can drive well enough?
