My lease paperwork states 5 seats, car only has 4

I noticed on my lease paperwork (vehicle purchase contract) it states the car is a 5 passenger... well I recently discovered it is only a 4 passenger car as the middle "seat" does not have a seatbelt.

Would it be possible to get out of my lease due to this error?
